Located on Saskatoon’s east side, just south of Erindale and west of Willowgrove, Arbor Creek was primarily developed between 1996 and 2006. Housing consists of mostly single-family homes but reasonable selections of town homes are also available.
With mainly single family dwellings Arbor Creek would be classified as a family neighbourhood. There are presently no schools in the neighbourhood. Elementary kids utilize neighboring schools while high school students have a choice of 2 highly ranked schools, St. Joseph and Centennial Collegiate.
The area is know for its abundance of green space by way of 4 parks, walking trails and a community lake.
The location is superior. Located a short drive to Preston crossing and the new Willowgrove shopping development. Close to the University of Saskatchewan and the downtown core just beyond that.
