Confederation Park

Confederation Park is primarily a single family area built in the 1970's. Most of its street are named after prominent Canadian politicians, primarily prime ministers. The main roads are lined with multi family apartments and condos.

The area has a handful of commercial developments nearby; most popular among them is the Confederation Park Mall.

Confederation Park has two elementary schools including Bishop Roborecki School in the catholic system and Confederation Park School in the public school system. New high schools that were recently been built in nearby Blairmore have been a welcome addition to the area, which has a strong teenage population.

The area offers forty acres +/- of park space. The nearby Cosmo Civic Centre offers a gymnasium, fitness centre and racquetball facilities.

Confederation Park is one of Saskatoon’s more affordable family areas with a good selection of affordable houses that are generally available at less than the average selling price of a Saskatoon home.
