Grosvenor Park shares a close proximity to the U of S making this a popular area, with great resale values.
The area was developed in the 1950's and 1960's. Considered to be an upper-income area, homes are somewhat more upscale than those in the immediate surrounding neighbourhoods. The majority of the homes are single family homes with low rise apartments and newer high end condo developments in the area as well.
Grosvenor Park’s southern boundary is 8th Street so there are numbers shopping opportunities nearby including the Centre at Circle and Eighth. Preston Crossing is also handy. There are no schools in the Grosvenor Park neighbourhood, but both school systems offer bussing to schools outside of the area. The area offers ten acres +/- of green space across four public parks with numerous pathways for enjoyment. Statistics;
